Change Default Setting in Commit Dialog Box?

Hello.

I can't seem to find an option to change the default setting in the commit dialog box from "Selected Tracks" to "Edit Selection"

Is this possible?

Update.
If I select commit from the track header name (far left) - it will always bring up "Selected Tracks" as the default.

If I select commit from the highlighted section of audio - using right click to expose drop-down menu options - it seems to default to "Edit Selection"
