Default Edit Memory Location Defaults To Original

Hello.

I have been using memory locations to change the way my screen looks for various editing tasks

For example - I have a memory location set up as "Mix" - which is configured to set all the tracks to small, and downsize the timeline to fit the screen.

Previously I could just right click the "Mix" memory location when I added or deleted tracks - and save the new screen tracks configuration as my default "Mix"

Now when I right click my "Mix" location and select "Edit" - it reverts to the original track layout - hiding my new tracks.

I have started to just create a new "Mix" memory location (though sometimes old habits take over and reverts my screen configuration) - but am curious if this is just the way it is now or am I missing something?

Thanks,

Sparky

Hi There!

This might be related to a known bug under PT-301540.
I’ll check with the team to confirm and get back to you.

Thank you
