graphic freeze...all gone??

Has anyone still seen the graphic freeze??
I have been editing drums for 12 hours on a file with over 100 plugins, video, and over 12,000 fades from heavy beat detective cuts.
No freeze in this session or any!
Macpro, 10.4.9
Protools 7.3.1 cs2
Many plugs (can list later)
Waves diamond
video on 2nd monitor, 112 voices in current session.
audio on fw800, video internal drive.
Heavy automation.
This computer is barely breaking a sweat. I've gotta kick it to keep it awake:)

What say you all??

I've had the freeze occur with minimal sessions (less than 12 tracks) and only a few plugs... strange.

i had a freeze today with only two audio tracks, 15 audio files or so, no plug-ins running, no video, NADDA.. freeze happened while recording on one track.

Maybe because you are on a MacPro you didn't have the freeze? It seems that the problem occurs a lot more with G5's.

I'm on a macpro (but with a LE sys) and I have at least one graphic freeze per day

How many folks with the freeze have their iLoks in a hub? I do! How many iLoks do you have plugged in? I currently have 2.

I hvae two iLoks in a hub and get freezes often, several times in an 8 hour session.

Yes, my 2 iloks are in a USB hub. Plenty O'Freezes.

Hub here, too (self-powered), 3 iLoks, emagic XSKey, Steinberg dongle.

Freezing 5 to 10 times per day, 3 iLoks on an unpowered hub (was powered but it works better without the power supply).
