Default new izotope ozone 8 "tonal balance control" AAX plug in reports wrong Latency

Hi,
I bought the new ozone 8 bundle and I like the new "tonal balance control" plug in.
But there is basic bug with the AAX version. the plug in reports "zero" latency to ProTools (but it has 1.469 samples @*44,1kHz latency, I measured it).
The result is that the plug in is not correct compensated by the ADC of pro tools 12.
So at the moment it is unisable as AAX in Pro Tools 12.
I hope the izotope people will fix this soon.
Franklyn
