PREROLL

I have had my system for about a year and a half... I use the Preroll feature alot... recently I have not been able to use it.. Every time I select the preroll it doesn't work.. I have used it alot before, but it's not working anymore.. It's very frustrating when I can't use it, because it's so useful when I can..
what can I do to make it work again?
