Default system drive

should the pro tools LE program be installed to the system drive or to the dedicated audio drive? Which will give me the best results?

I currently have it on the system drive under program files and then store all my projects to the D drive which is dedicated just for audio.

Default Re: system drive

Exactly what I have done, and I believe, it's exactly what you should do.

You want the audio path seperated as much as possible from anything else that is likely to compete with it. And PT is the most likely program to process at the same time as audio. I've got IDE drives, I presume the same applies for SCSI?
