usb not working on Venue profile

hello, I need your help, my console digidesign Venue profile; all usb interface control no longer works and 2 usb FOH Rack is operating normally. I checked the cables, reinstall the software but nothing has changed

It´s probably the digilink cable between the rack and console.
I have the same problem from time to time.
The screen can also be a little wierd, with colours missing.

I wish they would do something about those cables, a little better quality for the price.

It happened once to me.
The USB and headphone outputs on the Profile surface weren't working.
Later, I found out that was only because someone hadn't connected the
umbilical cable from the Mixrack to the Profile surface tightly enough.
Only that.
Never happened again.
Maybe you're having the same problem, check it out.
