11R expansion pre sets blank once i updated to 8.5

hey there! after updating to pro tools 8.5 most of the new updates that came with the eleven rack expansion update I got a few months ago now say "pre set unavailable" and where an icon of the pedal etc. should be is now an icon of what looks like the inside of a light bulb when I select to use them. Yet all the old pre sets that came with the eleven rack when I bought it still work fine.

This is very frustrating as I have been using the new bass amps and such that the update supplied a lot. But now it all became un usable as soon as I performed the 8.5 update about 2 weeks ago. Please help!

I am running on a iMac 10.6 with a i7 processor
