Default Somewhere I can send my PC for performance repair?

I built my i7 PC based on this forum. I bought everthing that was recommended here. I had The Book PC build it for me. I have had constant problems with performance, especially trying to use virtual instruments. It has never been online. I assume I need to have someone set the timing and configure it correctly for ProTools. Does anyone know a place I can ship it to and getting it working right. My studio had had lots of downtime since I sold the Mac in favor of a PC build. I am located in Muscle Shoals, AL but I'm only a couple of hours from Nashville.

Have you tried switching out the RAM?? Just off the top of my head, but I've just had bad sticks of RAM before. Could really effect VIs...
