Error DAE 9473,6031 on Playback

Anyone please help me.

My PC system only for Pro Tools HD does not work very well.
Here is details.

WIndows7 64 bit Professional
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R
CPU:Intel Corei7 920 2.67Ghz with no overclock setting.
Memory: Kingston DDR3 2GB x3
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4350
PSU: abee Athlete 600W
Internal HDD: Hitachi 1TB 7200rpm x2
Toshiba SSD 60GB
Western Digital 2TB

Card: ProTools HD2 Accel and Core.
Interface:192 I/O, Mic Pre
Software: Pro Tools HD 8.0 - 8.0.4


~Symptom~
My PC cannot even launch with Pro Tools 8.0.3 and 8.0.4.
It gets stuck as soon as loading window shows up.
Error code is " Assertion in......... line 1454"

It is able to launch if Pro Tools 8.0 or 8.0.1 installed.
But this time there are tons of DAE error 9473,6031 pop up when playback.


Trouble shoots I tried were
* Formatted HDD and clean re installation of OS.
* Optimization



I almost give up.
Does anyone have a same experience and any suggestion please?

not saying this will work but, can you try removing the video card from the motherboard and reseat it. i guess while your in there do the same with the HD cards. good luck

sorry for your troubles. you prob tried this but, remove all plug ins from plug ins folder
right click protools icon,run as administrator when launching

Adding to what x9blade said about running as Administrator, perhpas a full uninstall of everything, then when running the INSTALLERS/UPDATERS run them as administrator as well.

Are the cards PCI or PCI-e cards?

Ok- i've been getting the same errors. I run windows 7 as well. Fast track avid home recorder, Pro tools se. 8.0.3 i believe. It's fine for recording and playing one track- if i throw vocals on say guitar and hit play, goes about 10 seconds and errors pop up saying one buffer is too high and the other may be too low to keep up. How do i increase or decrees the buffer sizes. I KNOW "under setup" where is setup? PLEASE help.
