Try reducing your plugins. I've got a 2626 too running through a macbook pro, I have a lot of troubles running a big session on 96k or more with a lot of plugins.

Does it happen with all your sessions or just one?

You can also disable Elastic Audio on all audio tracks that you're not using it on.

It happens on my song which has 17 tracks, alot of effects- are the "inserts" or effects what you are reffering to as plug ins?Thank you for responding- I am also getting 9073 error also-drive too slow or fragmented/trouble with extra firewire bandwidth or cpu load- thats wonderful info, but what do I do?????

Yep I'm talking about effects when I say plugins. Mine crashes when I have many tracks with a lot of effects on each track. Usually there is someway that you can optimize your effects such as running aux channels and bussing multiple channels to it rather than having the effect running on each channel etc. If you can't you may be able to bounce a track through the effect you want to create another audio track (note that the effects on this will be set). then you can remove the original with all the effects on it and play the new track. I hope that makes sense.

I've not had the other error you talk of though. But I'm assuming your drive may not be 7200rpm? Close to being full, fragmented (need a defrag) or something similar. Are you using the internal drive of your computer or an external firewire drive?
