Where's the download link?

Hi,
I just registered a Pro Tools 10 license I bought in May, the ilok PT10&PT11 licenses are in the ilok account but when I go to "Your Products" I can only see PT 10.3.5.

Is there something I'm missing?

The Pro Tools 11 bundle should be in your account. Do you have anything else from the 11 upgrade like an installation guide or AIR Creative Collection?

Are you on Mac or PC?

Nope. Last thing in my avid account is PT10HD which I upgraded from PT9HD.

So you bought 9 in May and upgraded to 10? Did you pay for the 9 to 11 upgrade? I was on 9 and had to pay for the 10/11 bundle.

Your HD10 upgrade was in Dec 2012, so that would not get a PTHD11 Upgrade. You did register HDX hardware on 4/14/13 but didn't register the software. Please register the HD software that was included with that system.
