HELP Distortion popping Interuption

Okay here is the problem, we are recording after about a minute or two minutes the most, a annoying popping sound comes in and distorts our recording. in order to get rid of it, i have to go to setup. and then to playback engin and change 256 up to 512 or something and then just change it back to 256 agian. Thats just in order to remove the popping and reset the mic to normalization.

Any suggestion?
