How to export AAF from Premiere for Pro Tools?

I have PT 11.3.1 and Premiere CS6

When I export a AAF, there is an option to embed audio, but it does not seem to embed any audio.

I can't find a way to export the audio files to relink in Pro Tools.

OMF exports audio, but when I try to import that into PT, I get this:

Could not complete the Import Tracks command because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/151228/ProTools/App/MacBuild/../PtSess/PtAAF/PtSess_Iop.cpp", line 249.

Does that OMF have embedded audio?

OMF files are capped at 2GB - that error is usually because the file size is over that. Make sure you have "Trimmed Audio Files" selected to make the OMF smaller.

Or export using external media.
