Digidesign Pro Control Main Unit 8 channel Controller. Cosmetically, this particular Pro Control is as good as you will find. There are very few scratches on the console/controller and the unit looks almost brand new. Please see pictures. This was only used in a non-smoking studio and was well taken care of.

There is a problem with the Main Control Room left side output not working properly. For the last 3 years, we have just used the ALT Control Room Out instead and it has worked perfectly. You just need to switch your Main Monitor speaker cables from 3/4 to 7/8 on the Audio Output.

This Pro Control has the updated Monitor pot that Digidesign used on the latest version of Pro Control. It sounds much better and has smoother control than the original version.

Besides the Main Controller unit, it also includes a custom made DSub snake for your ProControl Audio Output. Digidesign wired their ProControl backwards when it first came out! The (+) and (-) pin locations for the outputs on the AUDIO OUTPUT D-sub connector were mistakenly reversed from what was shown in the Pro Control User Guide. Please see:

The custom made DSub cable will allow you to plug and play the Pro Control without having a custom cable/snake made. This is worth at least $125.00 to $150.00 and is included with this Pro Control. Also included is the proper type of Ethernet crossover cable, the original manual and proper power cord.
