Default trouble Opening a Session

When I try to open a session folder it starts loading all of the audio files, when its done loading, the edit window opens up for like half a second and a little box pops up with a little Red hand and it says stop cannot complete the "open session..." comand because Assertion in "UFadeRGN.cpp", line 499. Can anyone tell me what the hell I need to do, to get my session open and running. I don't know if what I'm about to tell you has anything to do with this "Assertion" message but This problem occured While I was Normalizing my tracks it was taking forever, so I left the studio came back and my computer was locked but before the normalizing, this was not an issue.

WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO GET BACK WITH ME AND LET ME KNOW THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

THANX A BUNCH!!!!

The steps in the 'General Troubleshooting' sticky at the top of this forum should fix the problem for you. Most likely it's a corrupt database file.
