Trouble opening a session in Protools 5.0.1
Earlier today I downloaded Nine Inch Nails' new single from their website. They've posted it as a protools session so that fans can experiment with remixing the song. When you downlaod it a file appears on your desktop containing the audio and fade files and a document named only.pts ('only' is the name of the song)
Double clicking the only.pts document launched protools, but it didn't open the session. If you try to open it by doing File > Open Session the document doesn't appear as an option. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm using Protools 5.0.1 software with a digi001 Thanks for your time and info! |

Re: Trouble opening a session in Protools 5.0.1
You'll need someone to open the session with 6.x, and do a Save Session as - Version 5. I'd do it, but haven't downloaded the NIN track 'cos I don't remixes for free :> (not that they'd care)
