Default Advise on 23.976 to 25 conversion

Hi.
I have been given an MXF file.
I have a WAV mix file that was recorded at 23.976 (I have the session from the broadcast folk).
I need to end up at 25 fps.
Is this the correct work flow;
1-convert mxf to DNxHD with Acrok HD converter.
2-make a 25 fps session & import the DNxHD file.
3-Import the WAV mix file & src on import

?

no need to convert the MXF-video. PT plays them back directly. Depending on the codec used you can just drop the MXF-video into your session.

otherwise your workflow is correct assuming the MXF is at 25fps.

MXF video playback yes, but it won't bring the audio in, which is needed to line up the mix wav to.
