Beat Detective Crash

I am working on a remix and I have the Music Production toolkit. Everytime I try to analyze the first 2 bar loop I have, Pro tools crashes. I have about 12 tracks right now. It is consistently crashing on this one (uncomplicated) track. Arghh... Very Frusturating.

Here are my specs:
Mac Pro Quad Core 2.4ghz 4gigs ram 1.5TB HD
Pro tools 8.0 CS3
Music Production Toolkit 2

Any Help would be greatly appreciated...

what have you done to trouble shoot?

Time Machine off or on?
Session on system drive?

Time machine is off... Spotlight is not indexing any of my drives... I am not sure what you mean about session. I did try trashing the database to no avail... I tried to run beat detective analysis on another track and it worked fine. It's just this one track... And it is a captured region of a track that i run it on and it crashes.
