How do turn a click track inti a grid
How would I make a audio click track lock to a grid........tab to transient,,,beat det...? help??

Use tab to transient + shift-tab to transient to select a couple of measures of the audio click.
i.e. start with Measure 1, beat 1 then select through Measure 3 beat 1. Then select "Identify Beat" from the Edit menu. Make sure the data entered is correct then say OK. It will create a tempo setting matching your BPM in the audio click and the grid will line up. Steve

It's much faster to use Identify Beat on the first bar and then use Beat Detective. Most drum machines won't have a solid click (tempo).
