Default ADAT converter

Does anyone know of a decent devise similar to the Alesis AI-3. I don't want a digital mixer, I just want to plug into my 8 ADAT channels.

I hqave the fostex it is good
not a bad price either
if you want to spend more than 7
chec RME they have really good converters
but otherwise I would go for the fostex
