Found your account and re-synchronized your licenses. (This is a Subscription which is why there is no Release Limit date in the Details for the Pro Tools license in iLM.)

Considering PT is not supported on Monterey, that probably wasn’t the wisest decision.

Had nothing to do with the OS. I re-synchronized your licenses around 5pm PST so they then matched the product listed in your Avid account. If you have trouble you might consider rolling back to a supported OS.

Grusam and Jfreak, just adding to the data pool, here:

I have a ProTools subscription, latest iteration, have used iLok for over a decade with never a glitch. Lately I have had to re-plug my iLok dongle on getting a license error while ProTools tries to load. Two days ago, it never did.

I went through all the usual steps. My license is current on iLok site, ProTools site, and refuses to refresh in iLok manager.

I wrote iLok support day before yesterday. Crickets.

This seems to be an argument for moving my licenses to my Mac, yes? Ditching the dongle? Thoughts?

Take the license from key to account, then activate again. If the key functions normally that should do it. There is also "synchronise" function but actually nobody really knows what it does
