Default Xpand2 bank display "None", and haven't sound

There are a lot of trouble after the PT11.0.2 has been installed.
Who can help me~! T_T

I've seen this.
It was xpand2 not finding its data file, so no sounds.
Do a search on your disk(s) for xpand2.big.
(I think that was the name. I'm shure it ended with ".big".)
If you find it there's a way to point xpand to it, in a "prefs" panel or something on the xpand interface. Can't remember exactly.
