Default S6 soft key/macro timing

I m having an issue and wondering if someone has found a better work around.

I wanted a (one touch) softkey 'commit' button. That would also hit return so that I wouldnt have to return click each time. Annoying with repeated tasks to have dialog window open each time. So the sequence in the Soft Key Editor is to add (EUCON) commit track and then (KEY) return or enter but the key stroke is always too fast and happens before the EUCON completes so I added alot of (SPECIAL KEY) 5 ms pauses preceding the (KEY) enter. I didnt count them all but probably up to 80ms worth and it still didnt work. So I added an extra (KEY) move that doesnt interfere with selection but precedes (KEY) enter and it now works. I'm assuming bc the extra (KEY) has slowed it down so the dialog window can open and then the enter key work as intended.
It works but lthe macro looks messy.
Has anyone got a more elegant way of solving/dealing with this?
àthanks
