Default Pro Tools Ultimate -C24 not supported
Hi,

I am using Pro Tools Ultimate with my digidesign C24 right now. C24 used to work properly when I was using Pro Tools 10 HD. Recently I updated my system to Pro Tools Ultimate. After that, C24 is show as offline. I am not able to select it in the Peripherals option. I have tried resetting C24, updating, and other options.

Is there any way that I could make C24 sync with Pro Tools Ultimate?

Any information is appreciated.

I believe the C24 is supported. Do you have a Control 24 by any chance?

If you have a Control 24 or a Procontrol, Neyrinck have now been able to make them work with PT 12 and above using their V-Control Pro software.This is from their website.

I have a C|24 that works perfectly with Pro Tools Ultimate 2018.4. The C|24 is still supported.

Do you have a C|24 or a Control 24?

Hi,

I have the C|24 by digidesign. It is still being shown as offline. Do I have to install any new drivers or something to make it work?

If this is a Control 24, I know of no other choices.

There is a $49.99 yearly offering on this. The free version of V Control doesn't have the legacy console feature.

If you own a C24, you don't need this software.

The software they are mentioning is for the Control 24 which is no longer supported.

So your issue is something else. Have you trashed prefs?

Did you do a new OS build when you went from 10 to 12?

Ensure that the C24 is plugged into the Ethernet port and that it’s selected in the Peripherals>Ethernet settings in Pro Tools.
