PT 2021.12.0 Collaboration - Offline

Hi all,
I realize that the PT Collaboration has tons of issues, but recently it just stopped working at all..

What I see:
- I am offline, despite being logged in (cloud icon is not filled, no storage used indication either)
- All activity (uploading, downloading, even asking for ownership ends up with: "Failed" status
- As a creator of a project, my name is greyed out under Collab tab.

I spent few days with a (clueless) Avid support specialist, and all they asked me was if I CAN GIVE THEM MY AVID PASSWORD???

I can attach some screenshot, system details, or any other data if needed.

If anyone has an idea, please share your suggestions.

Storage meter and track ownership working here in a shared project. Is your storage displayed correctly at my.avid.com/products#MyAvidCloud? I couldn't find anything in our system based on your User Name or email address... can you please reply with the Case #?

Hi! I worked with Avid support and they purged my account (deleted everything to get to the 'new' status), and it is working now.
The case # was 04335452.
