Default Average VU and Average True Peak

Hi, I would like to know if there is any way to measure average VU and average True Peak in a final LR mix.

you need a Dourrough meter. i'm not sure if theres a plug in or not....there may be a free equivalent somewhere....it'll show you both....VERY handy

There is a TL meter, but Waves has the official Dorrough meter plugin. Its not cheap, but its the best. Ask yourself just how important it is, and then see if Waves offers a demo
