Installation Problem

Bare with me, I don't know much about audio cards. I just purchased an Mbox Micro and tried installing Pro Tools on my computer but it says I need an important Windows update before I can procede. I've already installed the Pace Interlok Drivers and the Windows SP2 Service Pack, what else am I going to need to get this working correctly?
