Default Can DINR safely remove mic noise

Is it possible to remove the low noise of the mic & pre amp with DINR or something similar without sacrificing sonic quality of the track?

Posably, depends on how loud the noise is compared to the signal and how much you want to get rid of. If its not much (the noise) and especialy if its broad band then DINR will probably help alot if it's a very specific area that has noise or its very noticeable a good filter may be a better choice.
