error 9132 during bounce to disk-HELP!!!!!!

Hi,
I keep getting error 9132, I looked in the answerbase and it said go to maximum for hardware buffer. I did 2048 samples at 85% computer usage. Still getting the error. Now it says bus the desired tracks ,etc. however, I have already mixed the song. To use more plugins some of my tracks are being bussed to the same bus. If I follow the instructions digi is giving me, I will lose the automation settings. Is there another solution for me not getting this error message. Why am I getting it in the first place, not enough memory on my computer? thanks
