If the dealer is selling a demo unit or a used system, it is entirely up to the dealer to provide everything, the same as if the dealer were a private party selling a used system. If a cable, or rack ears, or software, or anything that is normally in a new package is not there, then the dealer would need to order it and provide it to the buyer.

i have a used 001 on hold right now and it comes with 5.3.1 if it is a previously owned console then is the dealer still responsible for ordering the 6.1 upgrade? thanks |
