2940UW $ G4 Work!!
I think I accidentally found a solution to the PCI bandwidth problem using a Sawtooth G4 with an Adaptec 2940UW and the Digi 001. I loaded the Atto EPT 2.3.2 onto my hard drive from the ProTools 5.0.1 CD just to look at it and decided to mount my 9 GIG Barracuda with it. It not only worked, but my PCI bus errors are gone! Even with very large sessions. Anyone else who owns the same combination of hardware might want to give this a try as well.

Re: 2940UW $ G4 Work!!
DD...
Was excited about your post, as I am plagued with the dreaded -6032 errors as well. But I was equally frustrated when I could not find the Atto EPT 2.3.2 on my CD. Is this the CD that ships with the 001? Atto's website (like their tech support idiots) is no help, because it's been impossible for me to download Mac items from them onto a PC (my only web access) with any success. Maybe I'm the idiot. Anyway, I'm happy you found an answer that works for you...hope it will work for me. Regards, 'Cat |

It's on the 5.0.1 CD in the Atto folder I believe. (Don't have it in front of me though.)
