Need take-apart instructions for Control|24

Hi all,

I hate to return to an old topic, but my Control|24 has the sticky arm-rest/sides problem. I remember reading a thread where someone used Goof-Off to remove the rubberized material from the armrest and sides, which I am going to try.

I do need instructions for taking the sides and armrest off. Does anyone out there have these? If you can email them to me at rockwald at mac dot com, I would SO VERY appreciative. I really don't want to Forrest Gump my way through this process.
