Default Scsi and dual mon video cards recd. for PT 6.1 G4

I need your recommendations on the right SCSI card and a dual monitor AGP card for a new 6.1 system on a G4? Is it ATTO? Which model? Is it Matrox? Which Model. Would appreciate hearing what works and what works best? I'll be using 3 slots for pro tools and one for the SCSI card, so that's about it for slots. Is there anyway to get gigabit ethernet to run on a G4 without adding a card? How about dual processor G4's--Digi seems to think they show significant performance improvement. Anyone here agree or disagree?
Thanks!
Steve
