Default BFD Question

Hey All!

Just picked up BFD Drum module today. My question is:

I am running two internal hard drives and I installed BFD on my main C drive. Can I send certain files to my F drive to save ram? If so what files do I send and what is the best way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Save yourself alot of grief. Pickup a third HD for BFD drum sample data.

I would keep all the BFD stuff together on one drive. I run all my BFD stuff off the system drive (C Drive) and record all audio to a seperate drive. I've had no issues with this. If you get a seperate drive for BFD keep it all there and don't try to split it up.

That will work if only 2 drives, but still best to add another drive. BFD V.1.5 recommends installation of drum data(9GB samples)on own dedicated hard drive for better streaming. BFD RTAS plugin itself usually installed on OS drive with ProTools app. ProTools audio files on drive #3. Contact [email protected] or go to KVR Forum FXpansion for confirmation. Hey, thanks for the midi programming tips. Your virtual drummer sounds frighteningly real.
