Latency issue

Suddenly I Have a latency issue...I`m using TH3 to track down some guitar as always H/W Buffer was and still is 128.....I`m not sure if this happened during the last update.
P.S. TH3 as a stand alone there`s no issue.
Any help where I should look to solve this problem.

Maybe you are using a plugin with too much latency in a other track. If ADC is active it will add latency to the recording.

......There is only one other stereo track no plugins

Look for a send that goes nowhere. That confuses ADC and it tries to add around 1900 samples of unwanted compensation. This gets easier to troubleshoot if you show Delay Compensation in the MIX window(in case you aren't)

Thanks guys for the help but it came back on it`s own.I just unloaded TH3 and reloaded it and started behaving normally.
I`m not sure what happend but it`s working good now

Well MIXERPRO that`s not a good news...I thought I`m alone,probabley this will haunt us again.
I always like to know what happens when something is fixed,but I prefer to concentrate on music then on software beta testing for free.
