Where can I download the last 2023 ProTools Ultimate?

I'm still having problems with my M3 MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.1.1 and ProTools 2024.3.

If I try booting up PT, it seems to go through the plug-ins, but before reaching the launch screen, it just quits and shuts down.

I've checked all of my main plugins to make sure they are current, but rather than go through the whole plug-in chase, I thought I would quickly load the earlier version of PT to see how that fares.

I did hear there was an iLok issue involved; I've downloaded their latest app and all seems good there.

Thanks in advance if you can point me to the latest 2023 version of PT Ultimate and its driver.

The latest 2023 version is 2023.12.1 which you may download through Avid Download Center. Here's a direct link:

Downloaded 2023.12, and it works perfectly.

Something is still off with 2024.3, at least on my computer.
