My best female friend in this world lives in the S. Perkins Rd. Area of Memphis. Have only been able to reach her once all week, by cell phone. Thank God she's OK. Car's got big dent from tree, and no idea when electric will be restored.

Hey Roy, love to catch you playing out somewhere next time I'm in town, but sounds like might be awhile before Beale'Street back up and running.

Thank you guys...things are far better now, at least for us. It's been a quite a surreal experience.
Matt, the storm began right at the river, exactly where the stage was that day, but this time it just kept coming...hehe It was something else, I tell ya...

Hey Roy. Glad to see your OK. We missed the brunt of it down here in MS. My wife woke me and said that there was a typhon outside that morning. I woke up and looked outside and it sure was nasty, but nothing on the radar for my area, so I went back to sleep. It sure trashed Memphis though. I had eye surgery (Cataract) scheduled for Weds morning in Germantown and they called me Weds at 5:45am to cancel it, then called back at 7:15am to say the power was back on and could I be there at 9am. I made it at 9:30 and was out by noon. Every intersection in Memphis was now a 4-way stop and they only business that had power was McDonalds and where they busy. My surgery went well and I can now see close to 20/20 out of an eye that has sucked all my life and was getting worse. You asked me in another post about GC having the 6.1 upgrade and I never got out there, I got mine from Digi since I bought my 001 after April 1st. Take care Roy.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">WOW That was waaaaay worse than I was thinking it was. It wasnt much of a news story here in Atlanta for some reason so I really had no idea how bad it was.
The worst storm damage I had ever seen was here in Atlanta a few years ago, but it was a tornado and the path was pretty narrow - but this surpasses that by far.
If there is anything I can do to help let me know!
