Changing the Album name and genre defaults when bouncing mix

I am currently working on songs from an album and when bouncing the songs to mp3 I keep having to retype the album title, author's name and genre. I think those are defaults but I do not know where to change them.

I can be wrong but I think Protools remember the last used text there. You can try trashing preferences and see if that help.

I find it easier to use a batch retagging tool after the fact.
