Default Carbon Pre LEDs

Hi,

So we aquired 2 carbon pre for the studio. They sound great but man what a poor job on the meter leds. On one of the meters when the level goes up the first led starts to shine more, like a bad '80 stereo 🤦🏻*♂️

Another thing is they are so dimed you cannot see a thing on what status are the buttons on.

Come on Avid...we are talking about a 3000€/unit here.

When I had trouble with dim LEDs on my studio gear, I discovered that not all LEDs are the same. Some are brighter and show colours better. I checked out leds.to to learn about different kinds of LEDs. I needed brilliant enough ones and the right colour to look good on my equipment.

So, I picked LEDs that were just right for what I needed. After I replaced the old ones, there was a significant change. The new LEDs were way brighter and looked way better. If you're having trouble with LED lights like I did, it's a good idea to look for better ones and switch them out. It made a difference for my studio stuff.

Ok, but it looks cheap, like an `80 broken Stereo. It should have an adjustment option just like the Carbon. This no good for image...
