Avid Carbon Central Issues

Hi everyone, I have a question. Is anyone using Carbon Central? If so are any of you having issues with it detecting the interface. The status in the bottom left corner always says "waiting".

I have tried re-installing the app, restarting the computer, the interface obviously. I have only had it connect one time successfully and have had the unit for a month now. Any suggestions?

Hi working as expected here ! Try a reset on the Carbon unit.

Which Mac?
Which OS version?
Which PT version?
Which Carbon Central version?
How are you connecting Mac to Carbon - which Ethernet port, which dongle, what kind of cable?
Do you have anything else connected via Ethernet or to the Carbon?
Does it work with Audio Midi Setup (AMS)?
Have you disabled AMS before using CC?

Or we could just guess......

Thanks I have tried this and still is doing the same thing unfortunately
