Default Installing from - "Setup.exe Application" or "Avid Pro Tools Windows installer"?

After downloading PT 2021.3.1 software, I never use WinWar. I always choose to run Setup.exe (Application), and never have a problem... but is there a difference in running it from "Avid PT (Windows Installer), and what is your preference? Thank you.
