#01 effects menu item placement - when selecting the effects menu it is WAY TOO easy to select 'No Setting' because of the close proximity to the top of the menu/mouse path - unfortunately if this wasn't bad enough, if you 'accidentally' select it (very easily done) it will remove ALL your custom settings and you CANNOT UNDO it - you need to pray you don't have any other changes you want saved, exit WITHOUT SAVING and re-open to get it back again

#02 undo option for effects changes - see above

#03 custom effects menu listings - there appears to be gaps (lack of menu data room?) in the effects menu, after adding custom presets/effects, they do not ALL appear in the listings - depending on what settings they fall under (Drums, Guitar, etc) you may seem them grouped, but if you want to switch from say drums to guitar, you won't see your preset in the list

Please AVID start supporting your products! Listen to customers, watch threads, answer them, be proactive AND engaged. Quit thinking it is ok to charge for customer service too. These products are expensive. These products are FULL of bugs.

I'm still waiting on a response to my upgrade question too. Anyone from Avid willing to follow that up here? (serious, but also a test to see if this is read by Avid staff)

if you post them all here in one place, MAYBE they'll stand a chance to get fixed (or at least some attention).

or am I missing the link to a 'formal' bug list?
