Dear people,

apologies for the total newbie-ness and the possibility that this is the wrong section to post my question in.

Working for a community radio station I've recently been tasked with getting their Pro Tools (8.0 LE) software usable. The MBox2 Mini has come out of a locked cupboard and the discs will not install/run to a workable solution.

I've registered with avid, and registered the product keys; I'v registered with iLock and used that key/UserID in the former registration process.

On my home screen in Avid I have no available software for download despite all of the above.

Would anyone be able to advise me on how I can activate (further) this process so that I can download the PT 8.0 LE software that is applicable to this hardware [purchase]
