Default Crippling 9092 errors with hd native! please help

Hey, I made a post in march 2011 due to experiencing major 9092 errors with hd native and uad. Over a year down the track there is still no fix! in fact the problem is worse than ever. If anyone can possibly help..AVID? It would be a miracle :) It has reached a point where the errors are making it impossible to work.

Also If this helps.... In my system usage window, the cpu native bar is running at about 40% the bar then spikes red and I get the error. I'm using uad plugins and the only fix Ive found ( which only last for about 5 mins) is If I turn them on and of in a random order until the red spike in the cpu bar goes away?

My Set up:
protools 10.2 HD Native. mac osx 10.6.8, 2x 2.66 GHz 6core intel, 14 gig ram uad quad core v6.2

Cheers
Sam

There is still no fix for that. I suffer from the same problem. But what I can tell is that you need to close any or application in the background (especially browsers that uses flash player). There are some sessions that plays smoothly and others that can drive you nuts. The guys at Avid are saying it is Plug in's related thing. But I took all the PI's out the PI's folder and still got these error. Lets be patient and hope for a fix soon.

If all you did was remove the faulty plugins from the folder (into a different folder), then you might still get the errors. If there are incompatible plugins, they need to be uninstalled from the computer.

The PI's I have are all up to date. People here say that they feel that some of them are more notorious (like speakerphone and altiverb). It's not true what you are saying about uninstalling them. just taking them out of the PI's folder in enough. PT will not launch them. This is 100% sure.

I also continue to get the 9092 errors frequently. Yesterday I started a new session with only a vocal track and a master fader and got the errors. The only plugin in the session was Altiverb.

Not to sound broken recordish but you should try switching to the 32 bit kernel, between hdn and uad you have two things that don't play nice with the 64bit one.

Don't understand the "broken record" comment. If there's a thread you can direct me to, to fix the problem I'm all ears. Thx

Lion 10.7.4 seems to want to reset to 64 when you do it in terminal. Best bet is open up your boot.plist and add the arch=i386 bootflag. If you don't know how to do that google the part in italics, should be able to find a site that walks you through it.

I've been running without problems for 4 days now since booting to the 32 bit kernel:) Had not been able to run for 4 hours previously. Thx Ryan!

Hey Guys, sounds like some people are getting a bit of relief from the issues... I've still had no luck. It seems to be completely random in my setup. Ive since updated to Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4, Uad v 6.3.0, PT HD NATIVE 10.2.0. and Apogee Symphony v 4.2. All my plugs, software and firmware are up to date. Cant seem to solve this issue. I cant understand how its possible to spend so much money getting the most up to date system I can to avoid these problems and I cant even run a session with 12 tracks!!
