Digi 002 compatibile with Cubase / Nuendo ?

Yo hello,
want to ask
What i heard from from a user of Digi 002 rack and from Sound on Sound magazine review http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/oct0...igi002rack.htm .. is that this interface is not compatibile or not very well compatibile with Steinberg sequencers Cubase + Nuendo.

Is this true ? Can`t find any info on this either on digi web or here.

I don't believe the control surface aspect of the 002 will function with anything but Pro Tools... if that's what you're asking here. Hopefully I'll be corrected if wrong.
You can use Digi hardware as a sound device for those applications.

Digi 002 Rack is what i am concerned in .. not the controller .. it`s said there is some problem with ASIO driver or what

Well, I don't have an 002r, but I used the aged 001 interface with Cubase utilizing the ASIO driver for nearly a year. No problems what-so-ever. In fact it performed better than Pro Tools LE.
I eventually upgraded to a Tascam FW-1082 interface/surface for Cubase.

Keep in mind, that is a rather old review. The 002 had only been just been released, likely the first or nearly the first ASIO driver coupled with the equally dated Cubase SX.
Hopefully someone else here has tried more recently.
