Trouble downloading Slate Trigger and Guitar Rig 5 into PT12

I have an older version of Slate Trigger and I have Guitar Rig Pro 5 and I am trying to figure out how to transfer them into PT12. I have the license for Trigger but I don't know how to get in in to PT. Also, there is no license for GRP5 so how do I go about getting that plugin into PT?

First thing to do is verify whether or not any plugin you intend to use with PT12 is AAX 64Bit format.

Slate must be Trigger 2 I believe.

You have to have 64-bit AAX plugins for PT 12. When you say "older version," what specific format?

As to Guitar Rig 5 that needs to be authorized through NI Service Center. The latest version of GR5 should be downloadable from your NI account. But you'll need the serial number from the original to work through NI SC.

What if I purchased GR5 through a 3rd party? Like through eBay?

The seller should have deactivated the serial number from their account, so that you may register it to your account.

What did this eBay seller, actually sell to you? install software? CD/DVD of the product? or serial?
