Problems 1394 light on Diggi 002r

.. i switched on my Digi 002 rack today and it's stopped working. Basically the 1394 light doesn't come on and the normal clicking noise doesn't happen either, (if it does then it's random.) This problems means that i can't use software cause it says please connect Digi rack (or something similar)

I'd appreciate if anyone knows what the problem is and how to solve it?

I have a 002 control surface that had an issue with the power harness. I don't know if it pertains to the 002 rack as well. Do a search on the DUC for " power harness " . Digi sent me a free replacement but like I said I don't know if it pertains to the 002 rack... good luck with it .


I've spent a considerable amount on the General Troubleshooting page located in the sticky area. At the bottom of the page is an alert for 002/ 002 racks and describes what you are experiencing
