Files lost?
So i'm working on a cartoon adding sound effects and I had the root file in one of my other drives but I made a copy of the link to the file on the desktop. I slaved away many hours adding a lot of wav's and mp3's when I tried to save (like I always do regularly), and it gave a line about not being able to save because of a volume (-35) and something else. So then I figured I hadn't done much since I saved so I just closed down the project.....only to find the shortcu file on my desktop had disappeared and was no more. Any help out there? I have all of the files and such but it's a pain in the butt to put them all back
BTW I have a 2 x 3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon processor, 10 GB of 667 DDR2 memory, and ProTools LE 7.3.1 and I think this was the right place to post this. Any help would be appreciated!! |
