I'm having the same issue. I sent a support request in already, so hopefully the response is quick.
This is the first issue I've ever had with activating anything through the store. I just purchased an upgrade from PT 10 to PT 11. |

Should be within one business day, so the store support group should see it tomorrow (Monday) and respond soon after.

Hi - did you guys get an answer/resolution to this?
I'm getting the same error. I don't know if I 'flunked' the verify stage when I entered my current address information (i.e. not sure if this matches the data that's on file with Avid as it's possibly a few years since I've updated that?) Any info (from duc users or Avid itself) would be greatly appreciated! |

I sent Avid a message on Sunday, and yesterday I heard back from Avid stating that this is a known issue, and they don't have an ETA. They recommended I download the PT 11 demo in the meantime while their IT Team investigates. I did successfully download and install the demo of PT 11, so as long as it gets taken care of before the demo expires I guess that's alright. Nothing in my billing/shipping info has changed in years, so I'm not sure why now there would be a problem.

This is what I received 6 days ago, but I haven't heard from the web store since. Concerned because I think the PT11 upgrade deal depends on being able to install/register the upgrade by Dec31st (otherwise I think the support aspect of the deal isn't applied, which was kind of the whole point of doing this?) I have the exact same issue and concern. Odd they can't Verify because I am signed in to my account, I see my other purchases, and information I entered is exactly what was on my last invoice.
I have to laugh, because I didn't upgrade PT LE 8 since I found myself having more issues with it than recording enjoyment. Picked up Studio One and tried REAPER and MixBus. But the "too good to be true" upgrade is turning out to be just that. Even Activating is a PITA with this company. I am sure it will get resolved but as always just a hassle to deal with. Oh, they have my money though. |
